Although we seek to ensure information is correct, we make no representation or warranty as to information being accurate or complete. If we discover an error, we will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel/change your order if desired.

Refund/cancellation policy

Refunds for goods will only be made where required by applicable consumer legislation.

If a product is faulty, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receipt, and we will organize either a replacement or refund.

For exchanges, you must notify us with seven (7) days and return the item to us in an unused condition via post at your expense.

Cesare respects your privacy and the confidentiality and security of personal information provided by you to us.  We do not collect or use any personal information other than to complete a sale, complete an enquiry by you, or to contact you about promotional events if you have given your prior consent.
